Pasta x peppered chicken with potatoes

Ingredients

  1. Pasta
  2. 1Barilla spaghetti
  3. Halftsp salt Salt
  4. 1 tspOil
  5. Peppered chicken
  6. 1Chicken
  7. 4 cupsOil
  8. Halfcup Scotch bonnets puree
  9. 2 cupOnions
  10. 1 tbsGarlic paste
  11. 8Maggi cubes
  12. 1 tspSalt
  13. 1 tspBlack pepper
  14. 1 tbsSoy sauce
  15. 1sliced Carrots
  16. 1 tspginger powder
  17. Fried potatoes

Cooking Instructions

    For the pasta,Bring water to a boil,add a pinch of salt and a spoon of oil,then put your barilla spaghetti and cook for 15 minutes.Then you sieve and rinse with hot water

    For the peppered chicken.Wash chicken with lime or vinegar.Add onions,salt,maggi,ginger powder,black pepper and a little scotch bonnet.Then you cook until soft.Get oil and fry the chicken until brown.Get a seperate pan and add a little oil,scotch bonnets puree,onion paste,garlic and maggi.Add the fried chicken and stir fry for some minutes,add some onion slices and carrots,then you add some chicken stock,then you cover and leave for 5 minutes on low flame.

    Serve your pasta and peppered chicken.Garnish with some potatoes and Enjoy!
