  2. 1 tablespoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

    Coat with salt.

    Heat a pan and fry the pork (add a little oil as the pork will release its own fat).

    Fry until both sides are cooked through.

    Finally, serve on a plate with hot steamed rice.
