Ingredients

30 cucakes
  1. 2large pinch saffron dissolve in
  2. 3/4 cupmilk
  3. 200 gmscastor sugar
  4. 100 gmsbutter
  5. 2eggs
  6. 225 gmsmawa/khoya
  7. 180 gmsflour
  8. 1 tspcardamom powder
  9. 1 tspvanilla essence
  10. 1 tspbaking powder
  11. 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs, sugar together till stiff.

  2. 2

    Add saffroned milk, butter, vanilla essence and cardamom powder. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.

  4. 4

    Pour into cupcake moulds and decorate with pistachio and saffron and bake on 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
