Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlGram Flour
  2. as requiredWater
  3. 1 tspSalt
  4. 1 teaspoonRed Chilli Powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoonGaram Masala
  6. 1 teaspoonCoriander powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and then add gram flour, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, coriander powder to it.

    Now add some water to the mixture and mix it well.

    Add water till the mixture becomes liquid (maintain it's thickness).

    After the mixture is ready to use..take tawa on gas stove keep it on high flame and put refined oil to it then take mixture with spatula and put it on centre of the tawa in the circle shape and make it's shape round by moving your hand round and round by spreading centre of the mixture.

    After 1 minute turn the side and keep the other side being properly cooked.

    When your chilla is properly cooked take it on the plate and served with tomato ketchup or mint coriander chutney.
