Ingredients

  1. 3 tbspgram flour
  2. Halfkg yogurt
  3. 1 tspturmeric powder
  4. As required salt
  5. Halftsp red chilli powder
  6. Halftsp or as required green chilli paste
  7. 12 glasseswater
  8. For Tarka
  9. 4garlic cloves chopped
  10. 5whole red button chillies
  11. 1 tspcumin seeds
  12. 5Curry patta
  13. 3\4 cup oil
  14. 1medium sized onion chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend all the ingredients in yogurt.

  2. 2

    Then pour into pot and cook for 1 hour.

  3. 3

    When Curry is ready, pakoras put it in the curry.

  4. 4

    Give tarka.

  5. 5

    Curry is ready.
