Put oil in the sufuria kept on heat. Add in onion and fry it until its red not burnt*

Add in the grated tomatoes. Mix.let this cook for some seconds.now add in the washed kima.mix.

Add in water and the salt,chillies,ginger garlic and mix.add in tomato paste and mix.now add in the potatoes and mix well.cover and let this cook for 5 min on medium heat.

When potatoes are tender,it is ready.taste salt.serve with chapati or white rice.garnish with Dania when serving.
