This rikwach recipe is Mostly famous in U.P. It is made with arbi leaves. Very crispy and delicious
Steps

First soak the dal for 6-8 hours then wash it and blend adding little water to make proper paste.

Now add all the ingredients to the dal and mix it well and keep aside.

Now cut the stems of the leaves and wash it nicely.

Now take a leaf Apply the dal mixture and spread it evenly, put another leaf over it and again spread the mixture and again put another leaf repeat this for 4 times (5 leaves are used). Then fold it carefully as shown in the pic.

Now put a steamer on high flame add water and boil it then place the prepared bundles on it and cover it and cook for 30-40 minutes on high flame.

Check it by inserting a knife if it comes out clean it means it’s done switch off the flame and let it cool down.

After that cut it into slices and fry it on medium heat till crispy and golden brown.
