Ingredients: for thr meat balls; 3-4 scotch bonnet; Half kilo minced meat; 1 raw egg; cubes Ginger/garlic paste,seasoning; Few fresh mintleaves; 1 tbs chopped mintleaves; Veg Oil; cubes Seasoning; 5-6 medium tomatoes; Black ppr; 1 tbs soaked rice; 1 big onion; 4 big potatoes(cut into chunks); 1 tbs yellow ppr; 2 big carrots(diced); 1 tbs soaked rice; For the soup; 2 tbs fresh corriander; 4-6 big tomatoes(blended); 6-7 medium potatoes(cut into chunks); 3 carrots(diced); Ginger garkic paste; Black ppr; 1 big onion; Veg oil; 1 tbs copped corriander; 2 scotch bonnet

It is one of my favourite mexican soups,its normally served with bread or rice..i served mine with fried rice...u can't hesitate to try it😋

for thr meat balls
3-4scotch bonnet
Halfkilo minced meat
1raw egg

1big onion

For the soup
2 tbsfresh corriander
4-6big tomatoes(blended)
6-7medium potatoes(cut into chunks)

Steps

Heat oil in d pot nd add ur onion,ginger/garlic paste nd saute it,followed by ur carrots nd potatoes,corriander nd spices..keep stiring untill everthing is well combined..then add ur blended tomatoes and little water,cover nd allow it to boil.

To ur minced meat,u add ur raw egg,chopped mintleaves,soaked rice,black ppr,scotch bonnet,onion,seasoning nd mix everything.make small round balls nd set aside

Open the pot nd arrange the meatballs gently inside the pot..u lower the heat so that meat can cook well.let it cook for seven minutes nd then turn off the heat nd serve!
