Wash and soak rice and white gram skinned separate adding fenugreek seeds for 6 hours after six hours grind rice and white gram separate mix both in big bowl keep it for fermentation at 8/10 hours at warm place in your kitchen it will be best keep overnight for good results

In the morning boil water in idli maker meanwhile take mixing bowl add batter salt and veggies mix it properly now fill mould 3/4 steam for 10 to 15 minutes wait till cool down unmould it and serve with coconut chutney and hot sambhar it's complete meal you will get protein from white grams and carbs from rice and coconut flesh is also full of essential nutrients.
