  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel, wash and boil with salt under a medium heat till cooked.

  2. 2

    Cut into halves and remove the root at the middle

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the already cooked Cassava. Serve hot with a beverage of choice
