Ingredients

6 servings
  • 5medium sweet potatoes (peeled and chopped
  • 700 gcarrots (peeled and chopped)
  • 350 mlhot water

Steps

  1. 1

    Place your chopped vegetables in a pot with water and boil till soft.

  2. 2

    Add you chicken stock cube to the hot water and set aside.

  3. 3

    Add the chicken stock and water mixture to the pot and blend all ingredients till smooth.
