Mix dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, salt

Rub in butter

Add milk to form into a thick lumpy dough

Drop tablespoonfuls into hot soup or stew that's already almost done. Make sure to add half a cup of water into stew before adding the dumpling or the stew will end up top thick

Let cook, with lid on, on low heat, for 15mins undisturbed. Dont lift the lid or you will let the steam escape.

Serve hot! Garnish with parsley
