Steps

Heat ghee and roast vermicelli until golden.Now add Milk

Cook until it becomes cooked(soft).

Heat it up and add sugar.Cook for a minute.

Add water.cook in low flame for atleast 5 mins.

In a small bowl add custard powder,add milk mix well without any lumps.

Add the custard mixture and cook until it is starts to thicken,Switch off. It will thicken after cooling down so switch off accordingly

Serve chilled. Garnishing with cherry and dry fruits
