  • 6 cupspowdered milk
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • Oil for frying

    In a bowl mix milk and sugar pour water and make a dough then put oil on your hand and scup the mixture to make a balls

    Then fry in a hot oil till golden brown
