Cooking Instructions

First, roast the poblano peppers slowly on the stove. Then, place the roasted peppers in a plastic bag to rest for about 30 minutes so they cool down and you don't burn yourself when peeling them.

Set the peppers aside, and start shredding the chicken.

For the sauce, blend the yogurt with the coconut milk, chicken broth, serrano pepper, cilantro, and poblano pepper. Then, heat it slowly and stir to prevent the ingredients from settling.

Once shredded, heat the chicken, and start making the tacos and warm them up!

Finally, serve the tacos on a plate and pour the sauce over them. And you're done! Enjoy this festive month guilt-free!
