  • 4fresh salmon fillets
  • 2 cupsgreen beans (about 200 grams)
  • 6cherry tomatoes
  • as neededExtra virgin olive oil,
  • as neededSalt and pepper,

  1. 1

    Trim the green beans and boil them in salted water.

  2. 2

    To prepare the salmon for cooking: On a sheet of aluminum foil, arrange the cooked green beans and place the salmon fillet on top.

    Add a little pesto and sliced cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Close the foil and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
