  • Sour cream
  • Cilantro
  • Onion
  • Green enchilada sauce (such as La Costeña or any available brand)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
  • Frozen chicken tacos

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the frozen chicken tacos on a plate, pour the green enchilada sauce over them, and sprinkle with mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes until the cheese is melted.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle the enchiladas with chopped cilantro and onion, then add sour cream on top.

  3. 3

    Enjoy!
