Rice ko 2-3 hr ke liye bhigo dein.

Phir isko boil karen aur food colour boiling water me add karden.

Phir pani drainout kar dein. phir rice me sugar add kar ke achi tarha halke hath se mix karlen.thora khoya b add karden.

Phir ik alag pan me ghee garamkar ke usme elaichi, long, badam, pistay, khopra add kar ke light brown karen.

Phir iska tarhka rice pe upar se lagayen. Rooh kehwrha essence b dal dein aur 15 min dam pe rakh dein.

Now it's ready to eat.top se mithai and khoya se garnish kar lein.
