Take a bowl add suji curd and water, mix it well and keep it for 10-15 minutes to make it fluffy

Add salt in it and mix it well

Now take a plastic bowl and add 1/2 tsp oil and spread it and add eno in the paste and add this paste in the bowl hastily and tap it.

Microwave it for 6-7 minutes

Take a pan add oil mustard seeds and jeera and fry it well add curry leaves, coriander leaves and chopped green chilli in it

Cut the pieces of dhokla when it cool and add this mixture to it.

Your dhokla is ready to serve.
