Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1.5 cupssushi rice
  • 2.5 cuppurple Cabbage water (boiled purple Cabbage in water)
  • 1 dlmirin

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the sushi rice with water. Then add in the purple Cabbage water. Let it boil for 20min from high heat (let it boiled) then to low heat to reduce the water.

  2. 2

    After the rice is cooked, add in mirin. Stir well by using big spoon. Slowly mix it. Then is ready 😊
