  • 1 tbspcastor sugar
  • 1 tbspgelatin

  • As requiredPistachio flakes for garnish

    Add all the above ingredients except pistachio flakes to a mixer jar & blend to form smooth paste.

    Pour it in the serving glass. Keep in the refrigerator to chill. Remove & garnish with pistachio flakes. Serve.
