Ingredients

  1. 1 glassMilk
  2. 1 1/2 cupmilk powder
  3. 1/2 cupGrated Coconut
  4. 2 tbspCoco powder
  5. 2 cupsSugar
  6. 3/4 cupPure ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan for nearly 30 minutes and let it reduce on a low flame

    Mix all the ingredients nicely in a bowl
    Keep them aside for 30 minutes

    Now add these ingredients to the milk and keep stirring to avoid burning at the bottom

  4. 4

    It may take another 15-20 minutes
    Now the mixture will start leaving the sides of the pan. Bubbles would be seen on the sides of the pan.

    Keep stirring till you get a thick consistency
    Pour the mixture on a greased plate

  6. 6

    Can decorate with sliced almonds, cashews or pistachio
    Broken cashews and sliced coconut can be added to the mixture while cooking too.

  7. 7

    Make cuts on the batter in the plate to give the desired shape of burfi
    Take out pieces when it cools down

  8. 8

    Enjoy endlessly
