Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupheavy whipping cream (C0ld)
  2. 1/2 cupmascarpone cheese (at room temperature)
  3. 2 tbspsugar
  4. 1 tbspcocoa powder
  5. 1 tspvanilla essence
  6. As requiredChocolate chip cookies
  7. As requiredChocolate shavings
  8. As neededSprinkles

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl add whipping cream, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla.

    Beat for 2 minutes or until soft peaks form.

  3. 3

    Add mascarpone cheese, continue to whip until stiff peaks forms.

  4. 4

    Cover and refrigerate meanwhile place the cookies into the spring-form pan (bottom layer).

    Top cookie with cream and spread into an even layer (2nd layer).

  6. 6

    Again place the cookies (3rd layer)

  7. 7

    Top cookie with cream and spread into an even layer (4th layer).

  8. 8

    Finally, sprinkle chocolate shavings and sprinkles.

  9. 9

    Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
    Note: Refrigerate overnight for better taste and add sugar according to your liking.
