First half Boil the potatoes, Peel the cover and cut into small pieces. Then take a bowl and keep the potato in it. Add salt, turmeric, coriander powder as per taste. Add two spoons gram flour and one spoon cornflour powder. Mix it well and keep a side.

Heat oil in a pan and fry those potatoes. Now keep those potatoes aside. Then heat a pan to make gravy.

Pour some oil in a pan. Add little cumin and mustard seeds on it. Then add little red chilli powder here, add ginger garlic paste. Fry it. Now add tomatoes paste on it and cook for 2 minutes. When it will dark red in colour then add little amount of sugar, add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder as per taste. Again cook for one minute. Then pour milk and water.Now add potatoes,coconut powder and ground peanut. Mix well, cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes.Dish is ready.
