1 cup sella rice
1/2 cup urad ki dal
1 teaspoonmustard seeds
1 cupcurd
1 tspbaking soda

Wash rice and grind it finely in chopper.

Wash urad dal and add methi seed grind it finely.

Add both the paste and mix it.

Mix water to make a thin batter.

Now add sugar and curd keep it for ten min.

Just before making idlis and dosa add baking soda your fluffy batter is ready.
