Ingredients

4 servings
  • 100 gramssoftened butter
  • 70 gramscaster sugar
  • 120 gramsdark compound
  • 100 gramsflour
  • 25 gramscocoa powder
  • 20 gramssour cream
  • 50 gramshazelnut roasted and chopped
  • 2eggs lightly beaten

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven at 180-degree celsius.

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients together and whisk them using a hand whisker.

  3. 3

    Pour them in the greased mould and drizzle some hazelnut on the top and put it to bake for 30-35 minutes.

  4. 4

    When baked demould them on a cooling rack and cut them into squares and serve it with a cup of coffee.
