  • 1/2 kgbeef
  • Carrots
  • 4tomatoes
  • 2onions
  • leavesPumpkin
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the meat into sizable pieces the wash it put it on the sufuria

  2. 2

    Chop the onions and tomatoes to be ready

  3. 3

    Boil the meat until its ready then fry onions then add tomatoes lastly put the meat and allow it to cook for about 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Serve it with kienyeji and ugali and enjoy
