Wash fish with normal flour. And keep aside. And grind ginger, garlic and green chilli, and make a paste of it.

Take a big plate add, put rice flour, besan, and all the masala with ginger garlic paste. Mix all the ingredients with water and make a thick paste of it.

Coat all the fish with that thick paste and keep it aside for 15 mins. And fry it in mustard oil till golden brown colour.
