FOR TEA MASALA small piece Cinnamon, Dried Ginger Powder,Cardamom, Black Pepper, Cloves, lemon grass dried, mint leaves dried Roast all the ingredients in a pan for a minute. Let it cool. Grind to a very fine powder. Ready made tea masala can also be used

Take Tea leaves in a pan roast for a minute on low flame. Let it cool. Grind for 3-4 minutes to get very fine powder.

Mix grinded tea powder and masala powder in a bowl. Mix well and sieve it with a fine strainer.

Take a container add milk powder, powdered sugar and masala tea powder to it. Mix well.

Store in airtight container. Proper storage gives shelf life of 15-20 days

Take a cup of boiling water. Add tea premix. Mix well. Tea is ready to serve
