Preheat oven and prepare baking tins. Weigh the ingredients.

Separate the eggs white from yellow. Beat the egg white at high speed to achieve a doubled stiff mix

Add the egg York one at a time as you mix at medium speed

Add sugar bit by bit as you mix it in. Add vanilla essence too and mix well.

Gently fold in the flour mixture till well incorporated.

Pour in the batter Tin and bake for 45 minutes or till ready.

Once cooked let it cool and cut into layers and soak with strawberry syrup on each layer.

Decorate with the whipped cream on top of the cake to cover the cake as you decorate. Garnish with some berries and white chocolate. Enjoy.
