Take one big bowl, all hung curd,1spoon mustard oil,red chilli powder, coriander powder,tikka masala,ginger garlic paste,carom seeds,lemon juice,kasoori methi and salt. Mix them well. Add paneer, onion, capsicum,and mushroom and mix by hand with this paste. Rest them for 1/2 hour.

Arrange those panner and mushroom and all vegetables in a skewer stick.

Take a grill pan or a normal nonstick pan or iron tawa. Add mustard oil, Put all skewer in pan. Fry every side... Ur paneer and mushroom tikka is ready... Serve with tomato and chilli ketchup and some lachha onions.
