Steps

Cut the paneer into length wise strips.

Grind the ginger garlic into fine paste.

Take a bowl and add ginger garlic paste, add all above mentioned masalas except sesame seeds.add little plain flour and mix well.

Now coat all paneer strips one by one into the batter and keep aside for 20 mins.

Take a bowl, add plain flour and dissolve it adding water avoid lumps.

In a plate spread bread crumbs,

Now take paneer sticks one by one dip into flour batter, then bread crumbs and then coat with sesame seeds and keep in fridge for 10 mins

Heat a pan add little oil and saute on both sides until golden,the sticks are ready

Serve hot with ketchup.
