Take a bowl add besan,ajwain,salt,red chilli,mix well,add water to makes a batter.Rest it 10 mints.Hai eat a wok add oil,add cumin seeds,hing,green chilli &ginger sauteed.

Sdd boiled&mashed potato,turmeric,red chilli powder,lemon juice,& garam masala powder mix well & cook nicely.lastly add corrienderleaves & off the gas.Now on besan batter add hing,baking soda & turmeric mix well.

Cut the mirchi stuff the potato mixture,dip with besan batter deep fry it.

Mirchi vada is ready.Serve with tomato sauce.
