Pan fried angelfish and vegetables

Steps

Heat olive oil in pan and add whole cherry tomatoes and a good grind of sea salt. Leave to blister on low heat (don’t stir for about 2 minutes)

Add green beans and drizzle over some lemon juice. Stir fry about 5 minutes.

Add a knob of garlic butter and allow to melt and coat veggies. Transfer veggies to bowl and grind over some black pepper.

Season angelfish with salt, pepper and a drizzle of lemon juice. Add to pan and cook 30 seconds per side. Slice in half to check if opaque all the way through.

Remove fish from heat and baste with a bit of melted garlic and herb butter.

Quickly heat up veggies in pan and crumble over some of the cream cheese. Plate up and enjoy ✨👌🏼
