Break up and brown meat till 80% cooked, season with salt and pepper, while meat is cooking dice onion and bell pepper, slice the carrots, mince garlic or use a garlic press. When the meat is cooked drain the excess fat, leave in colander and return the pan to the heat, add the vegetables and seasoning, sautè untill onions start to soften then add the meat back to the pan and continue cooking

Add the salsa and both jars of sauce simmer on low for 1 hour or until everything is cooked if you just can't wait, adjust seasoning to preference

Put a large pot of very salty water on to boil, when water is violently boiling add pasta and cook according to the pasta directions

Drain the pasta once cooked return to pot coat noodles with butter, margarine or oil to prevent sticking, serve with garlic toast and Cesar salad on the side for a real feast
