Steps

Wash and drain your rice in a colander, pour oil in to a pot and let it be hot, add the rice and stir fry untill golden brown.

Pour enough water to the rice, add salt, maggi, cloves, cinnamon stick, coriander seeds, when its half done wash and dice the carrots and grean beans, add to the rice.

Your rice should be like this.

Break and beat your eggs, you can add any spice or seasoning of your choice to the eggs and pour on to the rice. Allow the rice to simmer.

Hmmmmm....!!!

Enjoy your chinease fried rice with any sauce of your choice and also it can be serve alone.
