Steps

First we prepare dough by mixing Wheat and salt.

Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a chapatti. Roast the chapatti slightly only, leaving it raw.

Cut the chapatti in diamond or any shape of your choice.

Keep oil/ghee in a Pan. Deep fry the pieces on low flame until they get crispy.
- 5
Take them out on tissue paper. Plate them and serve it with sauce.
