Frist take bread slices and cut it's edges. Then cut it in triangle shape. Take a bowl add potatoes and all ingredients together and mix it well. Make a batter with gram flour, add salt and pinch of baking soda.

Take bread and make a sandwich with potato mixture. Take a kadhai heat oil for deep frying. Take one sandwich and deep into the batter and deep fry it. Do the remaining in the same process. Serve with tomato sauce.
