Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgboil potatoes
  • 1 cupoil
  • 1 tspzeera
  • 1 tspmethi dana
  • leavesFew curry
  • 1 tbspcrushed red chilli
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1.5 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupimli pulp
  • 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  • 1 tbspmint leaves
  • 1 tspgreen chilies chop

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes and cut in cubes

  2. 2

    Take a pan add oil zeera methi dana and curry leaves

  3. 3

    When it start kur kur add imli pulp and all spices bhunofy well

  4. 4

    After that add boil potatoes and cook for 5 min

  5. 5

    Garnish with coriander leaves mint leaves chillies and papri serve and enjoy it
