Pound the boneless chicken & cut in cubes. Mix all marination ingredients together.Add chicken cubes to marinade, mix well & keep covered in fridge for 1 hour.

Add oil in a pan, add chicken pieces only and fry on high heat to give colour. Then lower the heat, add all marinade juice in pan. Cover & let chicken cook in it's sauce.

To make sauce. Take chicken stock in a pot. Add all ingredients except cornflour, give a boil to blend all things well. Lower the heat.add cooked chicken cubes from pan in the sauce, cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
