In a pan add oil saute cabbage and noodles,now add salt, pepper, chilli flakes, white pepper chicken powder, sirka, soya sauce, and mix well, add green chillies and boil potatoes and mix well.

When mix well turn off the flame and let it cool completely, and make samosa with samosa pati.

Heat oil and Deep fry them until light golden colour.
