Ingredients

  • 1 packageactive dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 Cwarm water 100 to 115 degrees F
  • 1/2 Cgranulated sugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2large eggs
  • 1 Cevaporated milk
  • 7 Call-purpose flour
  • 1/4 Cbutter
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Powdered Sugar for dusting (or
  • burying depending on taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all things (no the oil) in bread machine, setting 19 for bread white dough.

    When it is ready, and rise twice as big, take it out, roll to a thin layer.

    And then use a cutter 2X2 inch or a round one, and then put them to oil to fry, they puff like a little pillow.

    Dust with icing sugar, serve hot. put rest of the dough in to fridge, can use for up to a week.
