Cook spinach in a little bit oil, until wilted

When cool add ricotta, feta, parmesan, pepper and chilli flakes. Mix all and keep aside

For the sauce, in a pan add a little oil and add the pureed tomatoes, season with herbs, garlic, pepper and chilli flakes. Set aside

Fill the cannelloni tubes with the spinach and ricotta filling. Take a baking tray spread some the sauce then place the cannelloni shells on top, now top with the sauce and sprinkle with cheese, bake until cooked through
