Recipe:
Make a salan, heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp, grind 2,3 onions and 1 tin of tomatoes(3 tomatoes) together and make a paste and put in pot then bhuno so much until onions smell gone then add red chilli powder 2 and 1/2 tsp or according to your taste, salt 1 tsp or according to your taste, chinese salt 1 tsp, haldi half tsp then add chicken and leave it to cook until oil rises. - 2
For coconut curry
Get 250 gram coconut milk add 1/3 cup of gram flour (besan) and little bit salt then add in chicken salan, add little water if its too thick then bhuno until besan smell gone.. - 3
Boil vermicelli rice noodles only in 1 boil it will be done add in chicken coconut curry.. garnish with coriander leaves, crushed chillies and squeeze lemon and enjoy 😋
