Wash and per boil d rice with tumeric.Then rinse with cold water and set aside

In a pan add ur butter n fry it with garlic,ginger and onion.Then add in all your veggies,ur seasonings, curry n stock cube.Fry for a bit,the add little meat stock and all them to soften

On a baking try,add u rice and veggies,mix carefully and bake for about 45mins....your fried rice z ready,serve with some salad and peppered chicken
