Ingredients

  • 1 cupmakhana
  • 1/4 cupghee
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 2 tsprock salt (sendhav namak)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan or wok.

  2. 2

    Add makhana and roast o na medium flame until they absorb and ghee and turn a bit golden in colour and crisp in texture.

  3. 3

    Switch off the flame sprinkle salt and pepper powder and serve.

  4. 4

    Storing in an airtight container is advisable.
