Heat ghee in heavy bottomed pan when it slightly heat up fry the edible gums in low flame untill they popup like popcorns, strain them from ghee and keep aside.

In the same pan roast Almonds, cashews, grated coconut, poppy seeds and dry dates one by one, let everything cool completely.

Blend almonds, cashew nuts and dry dates, poppyseeds, gondh in blits, separately then combine them in a large bowl, with nutmeg and clove powder, grated coconut.

Now heat the jaggery with 1 tbsp water when it reaches 1 layer syrup pour it on the mixture and remaining ghee if left means, mix all together well and make lemon sized balls.

Let it cool completely and store in air tight container, it goes well for 2 -3 months.
