  1. 1 cupwhole amaranth seeds (about 170 grams)
  2. 2boiled potatoes
  3. 2 tablespoonsroasted, ground peanuts
  4. 1green chili
  5. 4-5curry leaves
  6. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  7. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  8. 1 teaspoonrock salt
  9. 1little cilantro, as needed
  10. 1 teaspoonghee

  1. 1

    Wash the amaranth seeds and potatoes, then boil them. If there is extra water left with the boiled amaranth, drain it off.

    Heat ghee in a skillet. Add cumin seeds, chopped green chili, and curry leaves. Sauté until fragrant.

    Add the boiled amaranth, potatoes, and coarsely ground peanuts. Sauté for a few minutes.

    Add rock salt to taste and black pepper powder. Cook for 2 minutes. Finally, add lemon juice and cilantro.
