Ingredients

  • 2large oyster mushrooms
  • 3 tbspchicken juices or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Thickly slice each mushroom into 3.

    Fry over a medium to high heat with the juices or oil. If you use the oil you might want to add a splash of water to help get the pan sizzling.

    Season then serve! Super simple but delicious 😋
