SABUDANA UPMA without onion

Heat Kadhai. Dry roast the groundnut till it become light brown in colour. Once it is done transfer to a plate. Cool it and take out the skin of the groundnut. Crushed the ground in a blender. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Once the oil is hot. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped green chilli and few curry leaves. Let it crackle for a few minutes. Then add boiled potato. Cut into cubes or mashed it. Fry it for few minutes. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, 1 tbsp crushed ginger, chopped green chilli, garam masala (optional) and black salt as needed. Fry till the masala coated well.

Then add soaked sabudana. Mix it properly with the masala. No need of adding water. Once it is done. Then add crushed peanuts. Again mix it properly. There will be no lumps on it. Once it is done.

Transfer to a beautiful bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves. Now it is ready to serve hot. Sabudana Upma.
